Selecting the structure
Layers are combined into the finished packaging structure. Materials are considered against the contents, protection needs, strength and packing method.
Two lamination technologies
An Vinh uses solvent-free and solvent-based lamination, with speeds up to 450 m/min. Technology and operating speed depend on structure and production needs.
Curing
After lamination, film is cured under controlled conditions to develop interlayer adhesion and stabilise the structure. Processing time is determined by the order’s technical requirements.
Bond checks
Lamination bond strength is checked before subsequent conversion. Heat, frozen storage and food-contact requirements are reviewed for the specific structure and available documentation.
