From family-business roots to a long-term packaging partner

An Vinh One Member Company Limited is a flexible packaging manufacturer with roots in a family-run operation established in 1995. That foundation has helped us build hands-on experience, develop production capabilities and understand the different demands businesses place on their packaging.

We consider packaging throughout its use: product characteristics, brand presentation, filling operations, storage, transport and the end-user experience. Our first step is therefore to understand the customer’s needs before discussing material structure, specifications and a production approach.

Our work spans food, beauty and personal care, pet food, retail, garments and household goods. Each sector brings different protection, presentation and cost requirements. Experience across these applications informs how we help customers choose packaging for their products and business plans.

Manufacturing capability behind the solution

An Vinh focuses on the core stages of flexible packaging production: gravure printing, lamination, slitting and pouch making. Two printing lines with 7 and 9 colours, together with solvent-based and solvent-free lamination, support a range of packaging structures and formats.

From rollstock to three-side-seal, four-side-seal, stand-up, zipper and spout pouches, specifications are discussed around the product. Checks take place at multiple production stages, from approved artwork and colours to lamination bonds, dimensions and finishing quality.

We seek a practical balance between product protection, appearance, cost and packing performance. Technical requirements, documentation and special conditions of use are discussed during consultation so that the scope is clear before an order is placed.

Before production

Discuss materials, artwork and a production approach suited to the product and budget. Clarify specifications, samples and technical requirements together.

During production

Develop a clear production plan, monitor the process and coordinate timing to help customers plan their packing and distribution activities.

In use & as products develop

Receive feedback, provide technical support and discuss issues arising in use. Continue the conversation as customers change packaging, increase volumes or develop new product lines.
