Artwork approval
We review the brief and prepare artwork for the customer to check content, layout, colours and specifications. Approval precedes production.
Cylinder preparation
Cylinders are prepared to approved artwork. Engraved cells carry ink to reproduce the image and tonal detail. Cylinder costs are quoted per order.
Two lines, 7 and 9 colours
Two gravure lines support 7 and 9 colour printing at speeds up to 400 m/min. PET, OPP and BOPP are selected to specification. Actual speed depends on the job and operating conditions.
Checks during printing
Content and colours are checked against approved artwork, with attention to clarity, consistency and print or film defects. Printed film continues to lamination.
